The room, the facilities and the staffs. Dinner buffet was the best!

Beautiful hotel, great staff. Some cool little niches - tea room, cigar and scotch rooms, orchid room. The food was very good.

The food was expensive in the hotel.

Its colonial style interior and exterior facade.

The ala cart food choices were very limited and costly. The hot water breakdown on the day we stayed so we couldn’t have a shower. The noise from the room next door in the early morning hours from party goers who attended a wedding at the hotel.

Exceptional breakfast and dinner, kind and friendly staff, Front door staff Jhalak, Hari, Lok, and Chandra were very helpful with giving directions and making you feel welcome in the hotel.

I booked my room for 3:00 p.m., but when I arrived, the staff told me it was still being cleaned. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes.

We checked into Majestic Hotel right after we registered our marriage for some well-deserved R&R. The staff were very warm, hospitable, and welcoming. The room is so beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is what dreams are made of. The complimentary bath salts were an added bonus!

This hotel can be quite packed even though we stayed on weekdays as it is constantly used for business / work conferences and meetings. Their breakfast buffets are crowded in the mornings with a ton of businessmen.

At the front noisy traffic all night, the carpet stained and in need of a good clean. breakfast great with a large variety although the cooked food needs to be hotter.

Overall i puas hati. Cuma i request untuk newly wedd punya deco maybe ada swan towel or petals tapi dont have. And i suka breakfast food banyak betul pilihan cjma taste dia maybe can improve a bit.

They sent wrong autographs at our room that belongs to other person. Expecting little decorations like swan towel or anything for our honeymoon but too bad just plain bed.

The breakfast was so good and got so many choices. the roti canai was so delicious. the room also big and comfort and my toddler love to play around the room

Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal.My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the afternoon tea in the Orchid Conservatory was magical, and breakfast at Contango was always a highlight. Everything was done with grace and attention to detail.This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience. One I’ll carry with me long after check-out.

Junior Suite was spacious for 3 adults. They had set up the sofa-bed with appropriate linen, which avoided the need of a roll-on bed. Ours was facing the front towards the railway line, but the ones on the opposite side had the bed in a room, which divided the overall space. For us that would have been tight, so we were quite happy to have the one all open.Breakfast was huge, covered local and continental cuisine, so it was something one didn't want to miss, first thing in the day.Bed was comfy, a bit on the soft side, so I preferred the Sofa-bed - its just a matter of personal preference. Bathroom had everything, Bathtub, Shower-stall, WC enclosure, not 1 but 2 wash basins - the two wash basins was a blessing, since we were there for a wedding reception, 3 of us getting ready was easy. Otherwise there were adequate mirrors too. Bathtub was provided with bathing salts. Ample toiletries and more on request.Other than electric kettle, there was a coffe machine also with coffee pods (complimentary) for me it was god-send.There are ample power sockets and they are all international type so no need for adapters except for in the Bathroom and Bedside tables.Location-wise it is a bit isolated as in no shops in the vicinity but it is fairly close to the city centre. This drawback is compensated by the Hotel Shuttle (complimentray) to KL Sentral and back. You can hop onto it every 25-30mins and come back as you are done doing your shopping at NU Sentral (attached to KL Sentral).We extensively made use of the pool and gym on the 4th floor. Gym was well equipped and had infused water provision.Finally the high point for us was that we were accorded early check-in and late check-out. This was very important for us as we had travelled overnight to arrive quite early and had an evening departure. Please note that if you are travelling by MAS or Batik Airways you can check-in and drop your bags at KL Sentral and then carry-on with your day,

Bathroom had everything, Bathtub, Shower-stall, WC enclosure, not 1 but 2 wash basins - but then it was a little tight. Bathtub in the middle was a little inconvenient to move about. The bathroom has a huge sliding glass door with a curtain on the outside, which was a little discomforting for privacy. But we kind of worked around it. Every space was just about ok. Would have been nice if it were a little bigger.Surprisingly, there was no luggage rack so we had to improvise of placing our suitcases on chairs or bed-bench, plus the cupboard space was inadequate for 3. Maybe for a shorter stay it would have worked. For us it was a bit of an issue.Breakfast was definitely awesome, but I wish they would curate the menu a little bit to provide for some variety for long-stay guests.

It’s a beautiful 5 star hotel, well appointed with style and comfort. My room had a fantastic view of the city and mosque.

It’s not far from the Chinatown but better to take taxi
